This is a working draft, provided for transparency while Family Observatory is in early access. It is not the final policy and is being completed with legal review before launch. It is not a legal agreement or a statement of regulatory compliance.
What we intend to collect
- Account details you provide, such as name and email.
- request schedules and responses ("Yes, I can take it," "Not this time," or no response).
- The family contacts you choose to invite.
We do not use cameras or microphones, we do not track location, and we do not ask for medical records to use the service.
How we intend to use it
To run the coordination, show responses to the family members you invite, send reminders, and notify your chosen contacts when a request is missed.
What we will not do
We will not sell your personal information, and we will not share it beyond the family members you invite, except where required by law.
Your choices
Your parent can pause or stop participating at any time. You'll be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. The specific mechanisms will be described in the final policy.
